30 Day FPP Challenge Rules
1. Choose the level of pull ups thats right for you. 3RM, 5RM, 15RM etc. The goal is not to be better than anyone else just improve your own strict pull up capacity.
There is always going to be a reason not to start. Most of those are not true. A year from now you can be stronger than you've ever been. But will you make up more excuses? Or will you start now.
Here are some common excuses I get.
"I'll be away"
Get the door pull up bar. Go to the park.
Skin in the Game

Cost to enter is $100. If you don't finish the challenge you lost your $100 bucks.
The $100 goes to a pot which gets divided up between the people who completed the 30 days and 10% to admin fees for me.
