Returns and Refunds
EKAMINHALE RETURN POLICY
The following conditions must be met to be eligible for return and refund:
- Please Contact Ekaminhale about the desire for return within 30 days from the date of purchase to be valid
- Items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in the same condition when it was received. It must also be sent back in its original packaging for it to be processed.
- Only regular priced item can be returned. Unfortunately, items bought on sale cannot be returned.
PLEASE DO NOT IMMEDIATELY RETURN AN ITEM OR MARK RETURN TO SENDER. Contact us immediately if you would like to return an item, as there are additional charges incurred if item is sent back to the wrong facility.
If you wish to return an item, contact us at support@ekaminhale.com. Provide the following information so we can immediately assist you with the return:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Item to be returned
- Reason for return
Shipping instructions will be provided in our response once we received your email.
Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We will only refund the amount paid for the shirts or items being returned.
All items will be inspected to make sure that it is in the original condition it was sent. We will send you an email to notify you if the refund is approved or denied. If a payment is approved, it will be credited back to your credit card or whatever mode of payment used during purchase. Refund is posted to your account several days after it was processed.
EXCHANGE
We do not accept exchanges, however if you wish to change an item because of size or for a different item altogether, you may return it and we will process a refund after inspection of the merchandise. You can purchase the new merchandise once you received your refund. Alternatively, you can place a new order without the need to wait for the refund. Rest assured that all returns, if all terms are met, will be refunded.
