The Tremendous Power of Small Things (together)

If you are like me then you might be feeling helpless with all the changes that are coming at us.

Just to turn on the news or scroll through social media might be enough to ruin a nights sleep with fearful thoughts.

Everything seems to be out of the average person’s control and left to the decisions of one elected authority.

But this is an illusion.

Science has convinced us that all the power lies in one thing.

It’s the trap of reductionism. Excluding many things to focus on one thing.

But as the saying goes - Don't put all your eggs in one basket

Nature derives it’s strength not by one thing but through many small things working together.

A drop of water has little power but a flood can wash away an entire town.

This idea was pointed out to me from an actual health expert. Someone with results.

His name is Joel Greene, author of the Immunity Code, and my current teacher.

He teaches the KEY IDEA of how many small improvements of 5% used together exert tremendous power over our health.

When it comes to being healthy and preparing the body for some type of challenge this approach may be more effective than "that one thing".

It’s what our pharmaceutical reps, I mean politicians, don’t understand.

Now I’m not saying that the one thing, a man made invention, isn’t useful or helpful.

I am saying that it's not the whole picture and it's not addressing the true problem.

What's Really True

You could be stronger.

You could be leaner.

You could spend more time outside.

You could walk more.

You could stay off social media.

You could eat less junk food.

Now for some people they will read this and get upset.  This newsletter isn't for those people.

Others will read those statements and say ok you're right - let's do this.

For those people I'm here to help.

Currently the conversation around how to stop people from dying from Covid is centered around one type of protection.

What isn't discussed is why some people don't need protection.

That's what Im concerned with. The outliers.

You know like Africa

"But there is something “mysterious” going on in Africa that is puzzling scientists, said Wafaa El-Sadr, chair of global health at Columbia University. “Africa doesn’t have the vaccines and the resources to fight COVID-19 that they have in Europe and the U.S., but somehow they seem to be doing better,” she said.
Fewer than 6% of people in Africa are vaccinated. For months, the WHO has described Africa as “one of the least affected regions in the world” in its weekly pandemic reports"

From the article  Scientists mystified, wary, as Africa avoids COVID disaster.

This newsletter will share ways you can make small improvements so that when added up you are stronger, healthier and happier.

As an added bonus you will receive access to my source guide. I've spent thousands of hours looking for the best sources of food and supplements and list them all in this guide.
